Priemern\u00e1 cena metra \u0161tvorcov\u00e9ho domov a bytov tak vlani dosiahla 1 291 eur.<\/p>\n<p>V samotnom \u0161tvrtom \u0161tvr\u0165roku minul\u00e9ho roka ceny\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inclick.sk\/returns\/redirect.php?goto=570&amp;pr=0.1&amp;wid=472&amp;tstamp=1296668021&amp;pid=785&amp;cd=364e87f64b17f7fcd1b16e7da29c251d&amp;f=1\" target=\"_blank\">nehnute\u013enost\u00ed<\/a>medzikvart\u00e1lne poklesli o 2,6 % a medziro\u010dne o 2,1 %. V tre\u0165om \u0161tvr\u0165roku pritom v porovnan\u00ed s druh\u00fdm \u0161tvr\u0165rokom vyk\u00e1zali n\u00e1rast o 0,85 %. Vypl\u00fdva to z\u00a0\u00fadajov zverejnen\u00fdch N\u00e1rodnou bankou Slovenska (NBS), ktor\u00e1 ich spracov\u00e1va v spolupr\u00e1ci s N\u00e1rodnou asoci\u00e1ciou realitn\u00fdch kancel\u00e1ri\u00ed Slovenska (NARKS).<\/p>\n<p>Najv\u00fdraznej\u0161ie pritom z jednotliv\u00fdch krajov poklesli vlani ceny nehnute\u013enost\u00ed v nitrianskom kraji, a to medziro\u010dne o 12,6 % na priemern\u00fdch 620 eur za meter \u0161tvorcov\u00fd. Na druhej strane n\u00e1rast cien zaznamenali dva kraje, a to banskobystrick\u00fd a ko\u0161ick\u00fd kraj, kde priemern\u00e1 cena nehnute\u013enosti st\u00fapla o 0,3 % na 791 eur resp. o 2,1 % na 941 eur.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd najv\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed pokles cien vyk\u00e1zal tren\u010diansky kraj, kde priemern\u00e1 cena poklesla v porovnan\u00ed s rokom 2009 o 9,7 % na 685 eur. Trnavsk\u00fd kraj zaznamenal pokles cien o 9,3 % na 850 eur, \u017eilinsk\u00fd o 8,6 % na 790 eur a priemern\u00e1 cena metra \u0161tvorcov\u00e9ho nehnute\u013enosti na b\u00fdvanie poklesla aj v pre\u0161ovskom kraji, konkr\u00e9tne o 8,1 % na 826 eur. Bratislavsk\u00fd kraj, ktor\u00fd dlhodobo vykazuje v priemere najvy\u0161\u0161ie ceny nehnute\u013enost\u00ed, zaznamenal v minulom roku pokles priemernej ceny o 1,3 % na 1 726 eur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-502\" title=\"reality_dom_peniaze\" src=\"http:\/\/gold-silver.biz\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/P0130b87f_reality_dom_peniaze4.jpg\" alt=\"reality_dom_peniaze\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/investicnyblog.sk\/gsi\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/P0130b87f_reality_dom_peniaze4.jpg 400w, https:\/\/investicnyblog.sk\/gsi\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/P0130b87f_reality_dom_peniaze4-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/>Pri \u010dlenen\u00ed nehnute\u013enost\u00ed pod\u013ea typu bytu alebo domu zaznamenala centr\u00e1lna banka pokles cien skoro pri v\u0161etk\u00fdch typoch nehnute\u013enost\u00ed s v\u00fdnimkou p\u00e4\u0165 a viac izbov\u00fdch bytov, pri ktor\u00fdch vzr\u00e1stla priemern\u00e1 cena medziro\u010dne o 0,6 % na 1 500 eur. V pr\u00edpade jednoizbov\u00fdch bytov poklesla priemern\u00e1 cena o 4,9 % na 1 437 eur, v pr\u00edpade dvojizbov\u00fdch bytov o 2,8 % na 1 384 eur a priemern\u00e1 cena pri trojizbov\u00fdch bytoch poklesla vlani v porovnan\u00ed s rokom 2009 o 1,7 % na 1 270 eur. Priemern\u00e1 cena metra \u0161tvorcov\u00e9ho v pr\u00edpade domov dosiahla v roku 2010 1 156 eur, \u010do v porovnan\u00ed s rokom 2009 predstavuje pokles o 4,1 %.<\/p>\n<p>Priemern\u00e1 cena metra \u0161tvorcov\u00e9ho nehnute\u013enost\u00ed na b\u00fdvanie na Slovensku za rok 2009 predstavovala 1 344 eur.
